We discuss what you are looking to accomplish and we tailor a program to suit your needs. We use the highest quality, locally sourced products from urban and local organic farms right here in the beautiful, green Columbia Gorge, as well as add “The Philosophie” Superfood blends.

These blends consist of exotic fruits and vegetable from all over the world. Superfoods such as spirulina, maca, acai, gogi berries, plus many others are in the green, cacao and berry superfood powders respectively.

Our philosophy is to help you continue on the path to a healthier you. By just adding a few nutrient dense soups and smoothies to your existing diet, you will see what a huge impact it has on how you feel and even how you sleep. About Beth

Beth Candell

After leading a hectic life in Southern California, Beth Kandell found a home in the Columbia Gorge that fulfills her craving for a slower paced, healthy lifestyle with her husband and mini labradoodle Kindle. After years of selling organic meats and seafood in Los Angeles, she was introduced to superfood blends in 2014 and has since incorporated them into her nutrient dense soups and smoothies.

Instead of dieting, Beth focuses on eating whole foods and exercising daily to feel her best, live longer, and lose weight. She carves time out of her day to hike 2-4 miles a day with Kindle, do Pilates, or do yard work around the house.

She also nourishes with soups, smoothies, lean meats and fish, lots of veggies and fruits, beans, nuts and good fats (avocado, coconut oil and good olive oil). And now, she wants to share her healthy lifestyle with her baby boomer community in Oregon and Washington.

There is a direct correlation between inflammation and disease, cardiovascular, cancer, etc. So if you’re eating fast food, fried foods, sodas, processed and packaged foods, and not eating many fruits and veggies, it’s time to consider a healthier path.
