This low FODMAP spice kit contains NO onions and NO garlic. It has air-dried carrots and celery, shiitake mushrooms turmeric, peppercorns, and bay leaf.  These vegetables and spices not only enhance the flavor of your homemade bone broth, but they also provide great health benefits like shiitake mushrooms and turmeric. Turmeric spice is a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial. A small number of peppercorns are added to help activate the turmeric. A compound called Piperine, which is contained in black pepper helps to increase the rate at which turmeric is absorbed by the body.
